Factory Support Team

Our Factory Application Engineer will be responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues. This team needs both technical knowledge and business to do their job well. Furthermore, joining this team will make you an amazing detective looking for the issue in our developed code.

What We Value & What You Will Develop

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL Server
• Maintenance of the internal applications
• Technical support to our product
• Tickets resolution

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical Course – Preferential
• Database Experience: SQL Server
• Ability to collaborate/teamwork
• Fluent Portuguese and good level of English
