About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence Software Developer to join our engineering team and help shape the future of AI-powered solutions for the financial sector.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving our AI platforms, working with cutting-edge technologies to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready solutions used by international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered products and platforms.
- Build and enhance our AI core module and Low-Code agentic AI platform.
- Develop intelligent solutions using modern Microsoft technologies and AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Design and maintain APIs and AI services for seamless integration.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure reliable solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience developing AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embeddings, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI.
- Proficiency in C#, VB, or Java.
- Knowledge of relational database design and development (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of software design principles, version control, and component reuse.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with Azure AI services.
- SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Agile development methodologies.
- Solution architecture and web application performance.
- Azure DevOps, Git, and AI coding assistants.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
Education & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence and continuous learning.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
- Fluency in English.
