Whistleblower System

Complying with statutory regulations and internal rules is a top priority at VTXRM.

Only by respecting rules and standards can the company avoid harm to itself, its employees, and its business partners. Therefore, any misconduct must be swiftly identified, handled, and corrected. To support this, VTXRM has entrusted a Central Investigation Office to operate an independent, impartial, and confidential Whistleblower system.

This system relies on the vigilance of all individuals, and on their willingness to report serious regulatory violations (SRVs) based on reasonable suspicion. VTXRM also welcomes such reports from business partners, drivers, and third parties. Reports can be submitted at any time and in any language.

The system guarantees maximum protection for whistleblowers, implicated persons, and employees who assist in investigations. Investigations only begin after a careful review and confirmation of reasonable suspicion. All processes are handled with strict confidentiality, fairness, promptness, and sensitivity.

Anonymous reporting and communication are supported. VTXRM will not attempt to identify anonymous whistleblowers unless misuse of the system occurs. Retaliation against whistleblowers or those involved in investigations is strictly prohibited. All implicated individuals are considered innocent until proven otherwise.

Not for Customer Complaints

If you have questions or feedback about VTXRM products, contracts, or services, please contact the client portal. The Whistleblower System does not process customer complaints.

How to Make a Report

To ensure proper processing, your report should be as concrete and specific as possible. Please answer the following five questions:

  • Who?
  • What?
  • When?
  • How?
  • Where?

Write in a way that is understandable to people who may not be experts in your field. If possible, make yourself available for follow-up questions. To remain anonymous while still reachable, you may contact ombudspersons to submit your report.

This does not affect your legal right to contact official authorities directly.
