VTXRM Software Factory anchors fundamental social rights and principles as part of its corporate policy. Managing global challenges proactively is crucial for maintaining international competitiveness and ensuring good working conditions. VTXRM is committed to fulfilling its social responsibilities as a global company, recognizing that long-term economic success requires consideration of both ecological and social issues.
The company and its employees address these challenges together through cooperative conflict management and social commitment, aiming to balance economic efficiency with job protection.
VTXRM explicitly supports various international conventions and principles, including:
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (including ICCPR and ICESCR);
- ILO Core Labour Standards;
- The ILO Tripartite Declaration;
- The UN Global Compact (10 Principles);
- The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights;
- The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
This declaration outlines VTXRM’s diligence duty on human rights and promotes related initiatives, especially through social projects. It sets a binding framework for social and industrial relations at VTXRM and defines expectations for suppliers and stakeholders. Suppliers must acknowledge the Code of Conduct for Business Partners before business relations begin.
Scope
The principles and objectives apply in accordance with national laws. If these laws fall short of VTXRM’s standards, the company will promote higher standards.
Principles and Objectives
- No Forced Labour:
VTXRM rejects all forms of forced labour and modern slavery. Employment must be voluntary and terminable at will within a reasonable notice period. - No Discrimination or Harassment:
VTXRM promotes equal opportunities and diversity. Discrimination and harassment, including sexual and moral, are strictly prohibited. The company protects vulnerable groups such as pregnant women, the elderly, people with disabilities, migrants, and minorities. - No Child Labour and Protection of Young Workers:
Child labour is forbidden. Minimum working age follows ILO standards. - Compensation and Benefits:
Employees must receive at least the national minimum wage. In the absence of legal standards, customary compensation by sector is used. VTXRM supports equal pay for work of equal value. - Work Hours:
Working hours comply with legal or sectoral standards. VTXRM encourages social dialogue to ensure humane and health-compatible hours. - Occupational, Health, Fire Safety and Environmental Protection:
VTXRM ensures workplace safety and health in line with national and international standards, offering free protective measures to employees. Environmental protection is integrated into operations, with commitments to resource efficiency and eco-responsibility. - Protection of Confidential Information and Data:
Personal data is handled responsibly. Collection and processing must be based on consent, contract, or legal basis. - Freedom of Conscience, Expression, and Religion:
VTXRM respects these freedoms and promotes dialogue where restrictions exist. - Protection of Bodily Integrity; Ban on Torture:
VTXRM safeguards physical integrity and condemns any form of torture, kidnapping or related actions.
Implementation via Management Systems
Compliance with this declaration is monitored through VTXRM’s compliance management systems, benchmarked against recognized standards. Local implementation is overseen by designated employees. Measures are developed collaboratively with employee representatives, especially regarding training and communication.
