Project Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Services team, leading and supporting projects across a variety of clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving effective communication, risk management, and continuous alignment with client goals to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Prepare management reporting and presentations.
- Track KPIs and report to management.
- Stakeholders Management.
- Project Budget and Milestones management;
- Assess and identify potential Project risks;
- Implement strategies for risk mitigation.
- Steer project activities and deliverables.
- Participate in project planning.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in PM roles
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and Organized
- Ability to collaborate in a teams environment
- Initiative and Resilience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with the Financial Sector
- Proficiency in Management Tools
Education & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Management or other related field.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Great Communications skills and fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
